Welcome from Our Principal, Mrs. Teri Crowe

St. Clement's School has always felt like home to me, a place where faith, family, and community come together in a truly special way. It's not just where I serve; it's where my roots are. From the moment I first walked through the doors as a parent and educator, I knew this was where I was meant to be.

I am a proud Saratogian who grew up attending Division Street Elementary School and graduated from Saratoga Springs High School. My family has long been part of this community, and I proudly made my sacraments at St. Clement's Church, where we continue to attend as active parishioners. Our involvement in parish life and faith based work has been an important part of our family's foundation, strengthening our commitment to living out the values of service, compassion, and community.

My path in education began at Buffalo State College, where I earned a B.S. in Elementary Education. I went on to receive my Master's degree in Reading and Literacy from The College of Saint Rose, and later completed my School District Leadership coursework through SUNY Plattsburgh. I hold New York State certifications as both a School Building Leader and a School District Leader.

I began my teaching career at Greenfield Elementary School in the Saratoga Springs City School District. While raising my family, it was important to me to instill strong Catholic moral values grounded in faith and love. That belief brought me to St. Clement's School, where all four of my children have attended. It has been a gift to teach here while sharing those meaningful years with my children by my side.

Since joining St. Clement's in 2016, I've had the joy of teaching fourth and fifth grades and serving as assistant principal. The meaningful bonds I've formed with students, families, and colleagues, along with the daily blessing of living out and sharing my faith, continually remind me of the great privilege it is to be part of such a joyful and faith centered Catholic school community.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially cheering on my children at their sporting events. I love the beach, and nothing is more peaceful than watching the sunrise. A few fun facts about me: I have two german shepherds and a corgi. I love Halloween! I am a die hard Mets fan, though we're a divided house when it comes to the Yankees!

Being part of the St. Clement's School community is both a joy and a calling. I look forward to continuing to nurture the values of faith and family that make our school so special.
