ST. CLEMENT’S JrK PROGRAM IS FOR 5 YEAR OLD CHILDREN

The St. Clement’s JrK program prepares children for their kindergarten year. JrK is a literature and phonics-based program that emphasizes kindergarten readiness skills. Curriculum integration of mathematics, science, social studies and religion forms the core program. Children attend Art, Music, Spanish, Physical Education, Technology, and Library classes. Various field trips enhance the program.

JrK PROGRAM DETAILS

  • Students must be 5 years of age by December 1st 

  • A teacher and a teacher aide staff the program 

  • Maximum class size is 20 children 

  • Class begins at 7:50 am and ends at 2:00 pm Monday thru Friday 

  • Extended Day is available from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm for an hourly rate 

  • Our JrK students wear a modified uniform

  • Children may attend the regular Extended Day Program from 3:00 to 5:30 pm 

  • Tuition is billed in ten monthly installments beginning in July through the FACTS Tuition Management Company  

  • Registration begins in late fall

  • Proof of immunization must be provided
