St. Clement’s School holds a special place in my heart, and in my family’s as well.  I grew up in Saratoga Springs and am a second generation graduate of St. Clement’s School which, at that time, was as an 8th grader.  After graduating from Saratoga Central Catholic High School, it was on to St. Michael’s College in Winooski, Vermont where I earned a B.A. in Elementary Education.  Both my Masters in Education and later my Educational Leadership and School Building Leader coursework were completed at SUNY at Plattsburgh. 

 

My career began at St. Mary’s/St. Alphonsus in Glens Falls as a  first grade teacher.  In 1992 I  had an opportunity to come “home” and teach first  grade at St. Clement’s and have been here ever since teaching first grade, second grade, fifth grade and as assistant principal.  The relationships made with families and colleagues, the importance of community,  and the opportunity to share my faith are some of the reasons why I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

 

Some things you might not know about me… I am an avid golfer and love to “play in the dirt” around the house. I am a farm girl at heart and (the students always like this one)  I hold a private pilot’s license. It is an honor and privilege to be a part of St. Clement’s School and I look forward to continuing the tradition of Faith and Family
