Extended Day Program

THE â€¯EXTENDED DAY PROGRAM IS AN ADULT-SUPERVISED AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM PROVIDING CARE FOR OUR STUDENTS  

  • St. Clement's Extended Day Program consists of supervised play for all children from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Students in Grades 3 through 5 have a study period from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm supervised by our faculty. 

 

  • A Pre-K Extended Day Program is available for students in Early Childhood (4-year-olds), Pre-K and Jr K from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm. After 3:00 pm, Pre-K students may join the regular Extended Day Program until 5:30 pm.

  • Late fee (after 5:30pm) – $5 per minute.

  • Billing and payments run through FACTS accounts. Accounts should remain up-to-date to ensure continued participation in the program.

EXTENDED DAY FEES

Before School Programs

K-5 Students and PreK (8am-2pm program)

  • Early morning drop-off begins at 7am

  • $6 daily fee - no charge for those arriving after 7:30am

PreK and 4 Year Old Programs (9am-3pm programs)

  • Available beginning at 8am

  • Hourly rate of $8/hour

 

After School Programs

All children must be picked up by 5:30pm

K-5 Students

  • Adult supervised play

  • Hourly rate of $8/hour ($7 for 2 or more in a family) 

Early Childhood

  • Available for 4 year olds, PreK and JrK programs

  • Late fee (after 5:30pm) – $5 per 5 minutes 

  • All families will have an Extended Day account. Please keep your account current so that payment can be deducted as needed.
