Mission:
The mission of our technology program is to prepare our students to use technology as a tool for their future, to integrate technology across our curriculum, and to use technology as an effective, engaging teaching tool.
Hardware:
Our technology program consists of:
- Building wide network of 160 computers
- Computer Lab of 24 Desktop PCs
- Classroom Laptop Lab of 24 Dell Laptops
- Classroom MAC Lab of 10 MacBooks
- SmartBoards in every classroom from Nursery to 5th
- 3 Palm Pilot Labs
- Polycom Video Teleconferencing Equipment
- Remote Student Response System
- Robotics Technology
- Scanners & Digital Cameras

Curriculum:
Beginning in Kindergarten and continuing through Fifth Grade, our students attend Computer Class in our lab once a week for 30 to 60 minute sessions. They begin with learning the basics of computer use and vocabulary and continue with a curriculum that builds on itself each year. The skills covered include:
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Access
- Keyboarding
- Desktop Publishing
- Research & Reporting
- Palm Pilots
- Robotics
- Digital Photography
- Window & Mac Operating Systems
- PodCasting
