Golf Classic SponsorshipOn June 5, 2010 we will be holding the 12th Annual St. Clement's Golf Classic at the Van Patten Golf Course in Clifton Park, NY. We are counting on the generosity of individuals and local businesses to make this day a success. We are offering levels of sponsorship ranging from donations for our fabulous post-tournament raffle to Corporate level assistance.Donations to the raffle can be made in the form of merchandise, gift certificates, or logo items publicizing your business. These items will be on display and viewed by over 150 participants and members of the community. Any item, NO MATTER HOW SMALL, is welcome. Corporate level sponsorships range from the purchase of tee signs which advertise your business to Ace level participation, which includes entry fees for participants from your business as well as high visibility on-course signage and tournament Title Sponsorship, in which your company name will be included in the title of the tournament. ACE SPONSOR - Donation: $5,000 Your company will receive naming rights for The Classic for one year. For example, the official name used in all communications, advertising, etc. would be The St. Clement's / (Your Company) Golf Classic. This is truly an opportunity to show support for St. Clement's School while promoting your business to hundreds of people in the community. In addition to naming rights, you will receive two complimentary foursomes, eight "Dinner Only" guests, VIP seating at dinner, your company name on a permanent plaque to be prominently displayed at St. Clement's School, your company name on each golf cart, the opportunity to display your company products at The Classic, and exclusive tee sponsorship of the first hole at Van Patten Golf Club. DOUBLE EAGLE SPONSOR - Donation: $1,250 Your company can show support for St. Clement's School at a high level with a Double Eagle sponsorship. A real opportunity to prominently position your company in front of hundreds of loyal golfers and guests at this annual event. Includes: one complimentary foursome, four "Dinner Only" guests, premium mention as a Double Eagle sponsor in all communications, your company name on all golf carts, your company with special recognition at dinner, and premium tee signage on course. EAGLE SPONSOR - Donation: $750 Here's your chance to entertain a client or spend a day with an old friend as you support St. Clement's School and promote your company to hundreds of loyal parishioners and friends. Includes: Golf for two plus two additional "Dinner Only" guests, featured mention as an Eagle sponsor in the program, a Eagle Sponsor tee sign, and the opportunity to distribute samples, etc. to golfers. BIRDIE SPONSOR - Donation: $300 The most popular way for area companies to show their support while actively participating is the Birdie Sponsorship. See firsthand the effectiveness of your sponsorship. The money is well spent! Includes: Golf for one plus one additional "Dinner Only" guest, Birdie Sponsor tee sign, special mention in program as Birdie Sponsor. TABLE SPONSOR - Donation: $250 This is our newest sponsorship level. Here's your chance to be noticed during dinner and have verbal recognition during the merchandise raffle. You can sponsor a dinner table and we'll decorate it with your company sign, business cards or other promotional materials. Includes: Table signage as well as an on course tee sign, and special mention in program as a Table Sponsor. TEE SIGN SPONSOR Donation: $175 for first time sponsor, $150 for renewing sponsor.
