Extended Day

Extended Day is an adult-supervised after school program providing a 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. study period for grades 3 through 5 and supervised play for all children from 2:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Please be sure to send a note to your child/ren's teacher(s) stating the day(s) they will be attending Extended Day.

Extended Day hours are 2:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. It is very important that every child is picked up no later than 5:30 p.m. Late fees will be charged accordingly.

Be sure to sign out your child/ren each day. Children will be released only to those whose names appear on the Extended Day Registration/Agreement Form. Any changes must be made in writing.

Send extra play clothes so that uniforms stay in good condition.

The children are given a small snack at Extended Day. If you wish them to have an additional snack, please pack an extra snack from home (especially if they plan to stay until 5:30 p.m.).

Extended Day Program Registration Form

FEES

1 Child - $5.00 / hour
2 or more children per family - $4.50 / child / hour
Late fee (for pickup after 5:30 p.m.) - $5.00 for every 5 minutes

The payment plan requires frequent users of the program to send in $50 per child ($100 for two or more) and those who use the program occasionally to send in $20 per child ($40 for two or more). Submit the fee with the Extended Day Permission Form. Additional payments of $50 (frequent use) or $20 (occasional use) may be made at any time. Your account will be debited according to our fee schedule. You will be notified when your account falls to $10 (or below). Upon receiving the notification, you must send in another $50 per child ($100 for two or more) or $20 for per child ($40 for two or more) before your account reaches $0. Failure to do so will prohibit your child/ren's further participation in the program.
