Craft Fair

Attention all Crafters! The Parent Teacher Organization would like you to join us for:

29th Annual St. Clement's Arts & Crafts Festival
October 16th, 2010
9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
School Gym

The cost to rent a 6' X 8' space will be $50.00. You may reserve up to two spaces, and we'll provide one table and two chairs per space you reserve.

Everything you offer for sale needs to be handcrafted. Since we'll be selling concessions at the festival, the only type of food you can sell is packaged food. Please remember that you'll need to have and display your New York State sales tax certificate at your booth.

If you'll be able to join us this year, please fill out the attached application and return it by August 31st, 2010 to:

Please make sure to write "Arts & Crafts Festival" in red ink on the envelope (this is very important) and include a check for your rental fee, a photograph of your work, and a self-addressed stamped envelope.
