Admissions
St. Clement's Regional Catholic School has a policy of open admission.
No person on the grounds of race, religion, color, sex or national
origin is excluded or otherwise subjected to discrimination in receiving
services. We do not hire or assign staff of the basis of their race,
religion, color, sex or national origin.
Annual registration is made by a parent or guardian. Registration
for students continuing at St. Clement's occurs during the late
winter months. Registration for the following September admissions
begin in the previous fall. Space permitting, new registrations
for immediate entry during the school year can be taken at any time.
* To enter Kindergarten, a child must be five years of age by December
1st. A readiness Assessment test is administered prior to admittance.
* To enter Grade 1 a child must be six by December 1st and have
successfully completed a full year of Kindergarten.
* A birth certificate or baptismal certificate, immunization record,
copy of the report card and any achievement test scores must be
presented at the time of registration, or forwarded to the school.
*A nonrefundable registration fee of $50 must submitted with the
Registration Form.
(Fee is refunded if the child is not admitted)
Listed below are the steps used for admission to our school:
- a visit to our school by the parent and student
- a parent interview with the principal
- an academic evaluation of the student by the appropriate grade level teacher
- a review of the student's records
Upon successful completion of the above, parents will be notified and should then
- complete a registration form and pay a non-refundable fee of $50 per child
- complete a tuition commitment form
